Occasionally speeches will require audio visual and it is important to ensure the right equipment is selected. Ensuring all guests see and hear the presentation is paramount. Ensure the AV and content is tested well in advance of the event.
Larger weddings and events at both house and venue functions may need security. Regulatory ratios exist to ensure the safety of the patrons and the general public and should be addressed if this may be an issue.
